Relegation-threatened West Ham will be looking to improve their survival hopes when they take on Wolverhampton at the London Stadium.
Despite sitting in 16th place, West Ham are only above the relegation zone on goal difference. A win could potentially lift them a spot into 15th however, in Wolves they take on a side which they’ve failed to beat in three straight encounters.
Speaking of Nuno Santo’s men, his Wolves side are still with a shout of a spot in the top four. Currently, the team find themselves in 6th place; two points away from Manchester United and five points short of fourth-placed Chelsea.
Before the season came to a halt, Wolves enjoyed decent form having won three of their last six games, losing just one and drawing the other two.
West Ham, on the other hand, had a tough run of fixtures before the break. Nevertheless, their run of six defeats in eight games certainly left a lot to be desired.
Looking ahead to this game, it’s the visitors who have been made the favourites at the price of 23/20. And while West Ham’s recent results may be better at home than they are away, Wolves simply seem too strong for this struggling Hammers side.
With that in mind, our recommendation is to back a win for Wolverhampton and both teams to score at the current price of 7/2.
