Leicester City 2-1 Tottenham

Goals from Ricardo Pereira and James Maddison saw Leicester City come from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1 Saturday's lunchtime game in the Premier League.

Spurs headed to the King Power Stadium on the back of spurning a two-goal lead at Olympiacos in the Champions League and were again found wanting at the King Power Stadium.
It was the visitors who took the lead on 29 minutes thanks to England striker Harry Kane who showed great composure when he burst into the box.
The forward looked like he lost his footing at the vital moment but he still managed to hook his foot around the ball and slot it past keeper Kasper Schmeichel.Spurs enjoyed a 1-0 lead at the break and should have edged further ahead when Son Heung-Min found Erik Lamela before he curled his effort just wide of the target.Tottenham thought they had extended their lead when Serge Aurier found the bottom corner but the goal was ruled out by VAR for offside.
Leicester managed to get themselves back on level terms in the 69th minute when Jamie Vardy broke down the left flank before crossing low to Pereira at the back post and he made no mistake with the finish.
There was to be late drama as the Foxes grabbed a winner in the 85th minute. After some fine build-up play in the middle of the park, the ball found its way to Maddison outside the box and the England midfielder lashed home from range.Spurs could not find a way back into the game and it was Brendan Rodgers’ side celebrating a fine win to take the Foxes up to second in the Premier League table.
